The MPC-25 is a hard-hitting but high recoil SMG, so this build makes improvements through recoil control, movement speed and ADS speed.
The Gunfighter setups take a step further in improving these stats. The 1st setup attempts to maintain the weapon's high firepower with acceptable speed, while the 2nd setup, using the Prestige Attachment Short Jump Barrel (8.6" MFS Stratus-X Barrel) focuses more on maintaining recoil control with speed (especially Aim Walking Speed).
If you do not have the Prestige Attachment yet, you can opt for Recoil Springs first.

You can opt for the Gunfighter Wildcard to use up to 8 attachments.
The MPC-25, like other SMGs, benefit the most from run-and-gun setups with Enforcer perks like Lightweight and Dexterity since they also improve your movement capabilities. If you're going for a more Recon-oriented Specialty or similar, using a Suppressor is suggested.

The MPC-25 is unlocked by reaching Player Level 55. You can increase your level by earning XP in any game mode, meeting objectives, getting Medals, and completing challenges.
