Enforcer Perks

Slot Perk Description
1 Black Ops 7 Tac Sprinter Tac Sprinter Enables Tactical Sprint, but reduces your normal sprint speed.
Unlocked at level 11.
1 Black Ops 7 Gung Ho Gung Ho Fire while sprinting. Improved movement speed while reloading or using Equipment.
Unlocked at level 18.
1 Black Ops 7 Lightweight Lightweight Increased movement speed. Jump, slide, and dive further. Faster recovery from sliding and diving.
Unlocked at level 45.
2 Black Ops 7 Scavenger Scavenger Resupply ammo and Equipment from killed enemies.
Unlocked at level 6.
2 Black Ops 7 Assassin Assassin Kill streaking enemies are marked on your minimap and drop Bounty Packs when killed. On respawn, see your killer's last known position for a short duration.
Unlocked at level 27.
2 Black Ops 7 Close Shave Close Shave Automatically use dedicated melee when you perform a weapon butt. Melee kills replenish health and earn extra score.
Unlocked at level 36.
3 Black Ops 7 Dexterity Dexterity Reduced weapon motion during jumps, wall jumps, slides, and dives. Take less fall damage.
Unlocked by default.
3 Black Ops 7 Bankroll Bankroll Start each life with +150 score toward Scorestreaks.
Unlocked at level 23.
3 Black Ops 7 Looper Looper Gain the ability to re-earn Scorestreaks in the same life.
Unlocked at level 54.

Recon Perks

Slot Perk Description
1 Black Ops 7 Ghost Ghost Undetectable by enemy Scout Pulse and UAV when moving, planting, defusing, or controlling Scorestreaks. Undetectable by Prox Alarm.
Unlocked at level 32.
1 Black Ops 7 Ninja Ninja Move more quietly.
Unlocked at level 53.
2 Black Ops 7 Vigilance Vigilance Increased minimap area. Display a HUD icon when you appear on hostile minimaps. Immune to CUAV and Scrambler.
Unlocked by default.
2 Black Ops 7 Blast Link Blast Link Your explosive damage marks enemies on your minimap. Grant this benefit to all allies. Earn score when they deal explosive damage.
Unlocked at level 9.
2 Black Ops 7 Engineer Engineer See enemy Equipment and Scorestreaks through walls. Aim at them to see target information. You do not trigger traps or mines.
Unlocked at level 42.
3 Black Ops 7 Cold-Blooded Cold-Blooded Undetectable by AI targeting and thermal optics. Player-controlled Scorestreaks don't highlight you.
Unlocked at level 17.
3 Black Ops 7 Tracker Tracker See enemy footsteps in the world. ADSing auto-pings enemies. Killing an enemy shows the direction of the next closest enemy on your minimap.
Unlocked at level 32.

Strategist Perks

Slot Perk Description
1 Black Ops 7 Gearhead Gearhead Two Field Upgrade charges. Booby trap Care Packages. Recharge equipment over time.
Unlocked by default.
1 Black Ops 7 Flak Jacket Flak Jacket Reduces incoming explosive and fire damage.
Unlocked at level 21.
2 Black Ops 7 Tech Mask Tech Mask Resistance to enemy flash, concussion, and gas. You cannot be EMP'ed or Hacked.
Unlocked at level 5.
2 Black Ops 7 Fast Hands Fast Hands Reload and swap weapons faster. Extend fuses when throwing back grenades.
Unlocked at level 14.
3 Black Ops 7 Charge Link Charge Link Faster field upgrade charge rate. Grant this benefit to all allies. Earn score when nearby allies use their field upgrades.
Unlocked at level 30.
3 Black Ops 7 Guardian Guardian Faster healing while capturing and holding objectives. Revive downed teammates faster.
Unlocked at level 50.

How Perk Slots Work

Three Perk Slots with Unique Options

Perk Slots

Players have three perk slots, and each slot offers a limited selection of perks associated with the Enforcer, Recon, and Strategist specialty.

Basically, you can only choose one perk per slot, and the perks in the same slot cannot be activated at the same time. For example, you cannot equip the Enforcer perks Tac Sprinter, Gung Ho, and Lightweight together because they belong in Perk Slot 1.

How to Get a Combat Speciality

Equip 3 Perks of the Same Type for Core Specialties

Specialty Description
Enforcer Enforcer After each kill, gain a buff to movement speed and health regen speed for a short time.
Recon Recon On respawn, see the direction of the closest enemy on minimap. Edge of HUD pulses for enemies outside your view. Leave no death skulls.
Strategist Strategist Increased score for objectives and sabotage. Deploy equipment faster. See enemy content through walls a short distance.

By equipping three perks of the same specialty (e.g. Enforcer, Recon, or Strategist) you activate a Core Combat Specialty, which offers you an additional passive separate from your perks.

If you lean towards a specific play style, it's worth activating a Combat Specialty for the powerful bonus.

Equip 2 Perks of Different Types for Hybrid Specialties

Specialty Description
Scout Scout Offense and Stealth hybrid. When you get a bullet kill, stay completely hidden from enemy minimaps for 5 seconds. Additional kills during this period reset the timer.
Operative Operative Stealth and Support hybrid. Earn Field Upgrade charge from stealthy kills. Suppressed weapons, melee kills, kills while out of line of sight, and other cases count as stealth kills.
Tactician Tactician Support and Offense hybrid. Assisting your team earns you bonus score from bullet kills for 10 seconds.

Hybrid Combat Specialties are new in Black Ops 7 which are activated by equipping three perks from two different specialties. These Hybrid Specialties cater to more playstyles that may not be supported by the Core Specialties.

You can do any combination of two perks from one specialty and one from another. However, equipping one perk from each of the three categories will not activate any Combat Specialties at all.
