How to Spawn Zursa Bear

Reach Round 16

Zursa spawns on Round 16

Zursa will naturally spawn on your current area when you reach Round 16.

Activate Skulls in Zarya Cosmodrome

Activate Skull in Zarya Cosmodrome

Zursa can be manually spawned at any round by activating three skulls in Zarya Cosmodrome. To activate a skull, you must use the Necrofluid Gauntlet to shoot it until its eyes glow green.

Skull in support systems
The skull is located behind the yellow metal railings near the DS20 Mirage wall buy, inside the Support Systems area.

Skull in flame trench
The skull is located in the metal support beams outside the building, visible through the window near the PHD Flopper Perk Machine in the Flame Trench area.

Skull near the rocket
The skull is located inside a rusted metal opening at the base of the rocket.

Once all three skulls’ eyes are glowing green, you will hear Zursa’s roar, indicating that it has successfully spawned in Zarya Cosmodrome.

How to Beat Zursa Bear

Destroy the Attached Orange Blobs

Zursa

Zursa will have several orange blobs attached to its body. Destroy these weak points as quickly as possible to make Zursa more vulnerable to damage. Eliminating the blobs not only interrupts its attacks but also opens a short window where you can deal significantly increased damage, making the fight much easier to manage.

Use Ol' Tessie's Abomination Beam

Kill Zursa with Tessie Beams

You can also use Ol’ Tessie’s Abomination Beam to deal significant damage to Zursa. If you kill Zursa with this ability, it will drop the Mysterious Limb quest item.

Avoid Swarm Attack

Zursa Swarm Attack

Zursa can launch swarms of bee-like creatures from its body. These swarms fly toward players, dealing damage over time. Once they land, they create persistent damage zones that continue to damage any player caught within them. To survive this attack, stay mobile and avoid lingering in one spot for too long.

Zursa Bear Rewards

Mysterious Limb Quest Item

Pick up the Mysterious Limbs

Zursa will drop the Mysterious Limb quest item if you manage to kill it using Ol’ Tessie’s Abomination Beam. You must have the Abomination Heads installed on Ol’ Tessie to use this ability.
