Ashes of the Damned is the only Zombies Map that is available as of Black Ops 7's launch. It can be expected that more Zombies maps will be added in the game along with future seasons.

Astra Malorum is the upcoming Zombies Map releasing with Black Ops 7 Season 1. In this new map, the crew is transported to a mysterious observatory on a skull-shaped asteroid in outer space.

Wonder Weapons are Zombies exclusive gear that can significantly increase your offensive power during a run. These can be randomly obtained by opening Mystery Boxes that require 950 essence to open.

Perks are purchased through Perk-a-Cola Machines around Ashes of the Damned starting at 2500 Essence with the price of a perk increasing as you buy more, reaching up to 3500 Essence. Perk-a-Colas are instantly used when purchased. You can have multiple Perks active at the same time. However, be warned that a random perk will be lost if you are downed or killed by an enemy. Losing a perk during death can be negated by consuming certain kinds of GobbleGums.
All perks can also be purchased in one place from a Der Wunderfizz machine. The Der Wunderfizz machine spawns automatically at Round 25 or in the round after you've purchased 4 perks.

17 | Summon beams of energy down on yourself and allies to instantly revive and heal to full health. |
Toxic Growth |
29 | Summon a deadly growth of thorns in front of you. Enemies moving through it are slowed and take Toxic damage. |
Aether Shroud |
48 | Phase into the Dark Aether and become temporarily hidden from enemy detection. |
Field Upgrades are utilities that give you and your allies a strategic advantage during missions. These utilities can range from dealing elemental damage, area-of-efffects, and reviving allies. Field Upgrades are unlocked by leveling up. You can change Field Upgrades mid-match in Black Ops 7.
Field Upgrades can be enhanced through Augments to become even more efficient, increase damage, or add special bonuses.

35 | Bullets deal Fire damage. Each bullet has a chance to apply a burn effect on Normal and Special Enemies, dealing damage over time. |
Shadow Rift |
44 | Bullets deal Shadow damage. Each bullet has a chance to spawn a black hole on a Normal or Special Enemy, warping away those nearby and dropping some from the air at lethal speed. |
Brain Rot |
51 | Bullets deal Toxic damage. Each bullet has a chance to temporarily turn a Normal or Special Enemy into an ally. |
Ammo Mods are bought from Arsenal Machines found across Ashes of the Damned for 500 Salvage. Salvage can be acquired as an occasional drop by enemies. Ammo Mods grant your bullets a chance to activate a bonus effect, such as elemental damage or status effects.
Ammo Mods can be upgraded further by researching Augments in the Research menu.

Augments are used to upgrade Perks, Ammo Mods, and Field Upgrades, making them more effective, increase their power, or add unique bonus effects. Unlock the Augments menu when you reach level 11.
Black Ops 7 introduces an additional of three augments to the research tree, totalling 9 upgrades for each Perks, Ammo Mods, and Field Upgrades.

GobbleGums can be found in GobbleGum Machines scattered around Ashes of the Damned. Obtaining from the GobbleGum Machine yields a random GobbleGum with the higher rarity ones being harder to obtain.
Additionally, there are two more ways to obtain GobbleGums outside of missions;
・Loudout Menu: Buy GobbleGums from the loadout menu through GobbleGum Packs.
・Store Menu: The Vault Edition of Black Ops 7 includes a GobbleGum pack that features Ultra rarity GobbleGums.

HUD Customization is a brand-new feature in Black Ops 7 where you'll be able to customize the look and feel of your HUD, as well as the placement of your HUD Widgets. To customize your Zombies HUD go to Career > Customize > Zombies HUD Presets.
Choose your HUD Colors by going to the Themes tab, or choose from the presets in the Layout tab to decide your HUD placement based on your play style. More HUD Themes are coming soon as the season updates.

The Zombies game mode is included when you buy the Black Ops 7 Standard Edition. No additional payment is needed as long as you have the base game.
