This is a Shadow SK Build that mainly improves upon the weapon's ADS speed with added aiming sway control. With the Gunfighter setup, movement speed is also improved and a Suppressor can be comfortably added.
Its Prestige Attachment Steady Aim Laser (MFS Convergence Box Laser), which greatly improves hipfire spread, has been considered. But there are other more practical attachments to use since hipfire isn't something you'll usually use on a sniper rifle.

You can opt for the Gunfighter Wildcard to use up to 8 attachments.
The Shadow SK, especially with a Suppressor, will go fine in a Scout Hybrid Specialty with perks that improve your mobility and situational awareness. It's fine if you want to adjust towards a more Enforcer-leaning setup, should you wish to be more aggressive in your gunplay and movement.
