The AK-27 is a heavy-hitting Assault Rifle, but it's slow in a lot of aspects like movement and hard on recoil. Points best for its improvement are ADS speed, recoil control, and more headshot damage in a regular loadout. But overall, the weapon is way better to handle in a Gunfighter build.
You may opt for the Prestige Attachment Rapid Fire (Enhanced Cycle System) once it becomes available. Note that this attachment gives the weapon significantly more vertical recoil.
You can try to add more vertical recoil control for Rapid Fire with attachments like the Control Stock, but it's best you get used to counteracting this recoil by shooting in short bursts or adjusting your aim further downward as you shoot.

You can opt for the Gunfighter Wildcard to use up to 8 attachments.
Enforcer perks like Lightweight and Dexterity are good picks for better improving mobility for the AK-27. Scavenger is an alright comfort pick if you need the ammo, along with the Assault Pack. But if somebody else already has that on the team, you can go with something to up your firepower like the Drone Pod.
