This RK-9 SMG build focuses on improving recoil control, ADS speed, and movement speed. While the gun itself has the lowest fire-rate of any SMGs, it still has a great amount of control through burst-fire.
Once you get access to the Prestige Attachment Rapid Stable Handstop (MFS Ironlung Handstop), it is recommended to make use of it for its significantly increased recoil control and Fire Rate. You'll just have to get used to tap-firing when using this attachment since it removes auto 3-shot bursts.
If you do not have the Prestige Attachment yet, a fine substitute for it would be the Mobility Foregrip, which improves your Aim Walking Movement Speed, Movement Speed, and Hipfire Movement Speed instead.

You can opt for the Gunfighter Wildcard to use up to 8 attachments.
For an RK-9 build, Enforcer perk setups are good choices to get better use of it in run-and-gun situations. Otherwise, you can always try for some Recon perks if you're more interested in going behind enemy lines with a Suppressor.

The RK-9 is unlocked by reaching Player Level 7. You can increase your level by earning XP in any game mode, meeting objectives, getting Medals, and completing challenges.
