Collect Three Ingredients

To get a free Quick Revive perk, you must first collect three ingredients.

1 Toilet Cleaner in Janus Towers Plaza
CoD BO7 Toilet Cleaner Location
The first ingredient can be found in the spawn area in Janus Towers Plaza. Enter the Server Room, where the first objective is, and interact with the Toilet Cleaner on the desk next to the door.
2 Fish in Blackwater Lake
CoD BO7 Fish Location
The second ingredient is in Blackwater Lake. Make your way behind the Cabin and interact with the Fish on the docks.
3 Syringe in Zarya Cosmodrome
CoD BO7 Syringe Location
The third ingredient is in Zarya Cosmodrome. Head to the Control Room north of the area, near the Wisp Tea machine. Get the Syringe on the shelf next to the binders.

Mix Ingredients Using the Soda Machine in Reba’s Diner

CoD BO7 Speed Cola Cup

After finding all three ingredients, head to Reba's Diner in Exit 115 and look for the soda machine behind the counter. Interact with the dispenser with a cup on it to fill it. Once it's filled, drink the cup to get your free Speed Cola perk.

Note that if you drink the cup with missing or incorrect ingredients, you will take damage instead.

Can Only Get One Free Perk from the Soda Machine

You can also get free Speed Cola and Juggernog perks from the soda machine using different ingredients. However, you can only get one free perk among the three, as nothing will happen if you try getting the ingredients for the other two and drink from the machine again. With that, choose wisely which perk you want to get for free!
