You can get this quest by taking the notice from the notice board at Kaer Trolde Harbor. But you must also finish Echoes of the Past for Ermion to appear at Gedyneith, and you must finish Practicum in Advanced Alchemy to play Gremist as well.

Therefore, focus on bringing Close Combat and Ranged units instead. He also makes use of Spy cards, so you can bring Decoys to take them for yourself, and try to bait his Scorch before playing your powerful cards. |
