During the quest, Get Junior, you'll be given a choice whether to kill or spare Whoreson Junior. Check out this guide to learn all the choices and outcomes, and if you kill Whoreson Junior!

Kill Whoreson Junior ・Affects a flashback later on in the story.
・Completes the quest objective.
Spare Whoreson Junior ・Affects a flashback later on in the story.
・Fails the quest objective but the quest completes regardless.

At the end of the Get Junior quest, you'll be given a choice whether to spare or kill Whoreson Junior. This slightly affects a flashback later on in the story but otherwise, you get the same rewards.

One of the quest's objectives, however, is to "kill Whoreson Junior" and will be marked as a fail if you choose to spare him. The quest will complete regardless.

Kill Whoreson Junior

Killing Whoreson Junior is part of the objectives of the Get Junior quest and will have little effect on a flashback later on. The rewards you get will be the same regardless of your choice.

However, Whoreson Junior is a vile man as you may have witnessed at his hideout. He has also caused a lot of trouble for Ciri and Dandelion as well as the people of Novigrad so you might consider killing him anyway.

Spare Whoreson Junior

If you choose to spare Whoreson Junior, you will fail the objective but the quest will proceed and complete anyway.
