| 1 | Go to the marked door then head down the stairs. |
| 2 | Pick up the 2 dirty clothing items located in the bins next to the west wall. |
| 3 | Pick up the soap to the north on the ground next to the table and the man scrubbing the floor. |
| 4 | Interact with the laundry tubs at the east wall. Drop the dirty clothes and the soap. |
| 5 | Pick up the stick lying at your feet. |
| 6 | When confronted by the 3 men, you can choose the Axii Dialogue choice to make it a 1 vs. 2 fight, for which you will receive 40 XP. Otherwise, it will be a 1 vs. 3 fight. Beat the men to continue. |
| 7 | Follow the guard. |
| 8 | While talking to Dandelion, you will receive 200 XP and 3750 Crowns if you decided to fight and kill Dettlaff in Tusham Mutna. If you did not kill Dettlaff, you will not receive the 3750 Crowns. |
| 9 | Follow the guard to the exit. After passing the first gate, your belongings will be in the room to the left. Take them, then leave through the next gate. |
| 10 | You can choose to help Regis investigate who the intended 5th victim is. If you choose to help, you can go with him to see the Bootblack, or you can meet up with him later on.
If you choose not to investigate, skip to objective 13. |
| 11 | Go up the stairs next to the Bootblack, then turn right. Go straight to the last door before the bend in the road. Behind the door is the shelter. |
| 12 | Ask to see the letter to find out who the 5th victim is. You can decide whether or not to inform Anna Henrietta, but this will have no effect on anything. |
| 13 | Equip the gloves and mask located in the Quest Item section of your inventory. Head to the marked area after. |
| 14 | Use your Witcher Sense to find mandrake roots in the area. Pick up 2. |
| 15 | Use your Witcher Sense to find Regis' footprints. Follow them. |
| 16 | Kill the 2 Bruxa. |
