The skill is mostly used for niche builds that heavily rely on throwing bombs at a specific place. The game already has an auto-target system where you will throw the bomb directly at the enemy targeted.
This skill may be cheap and easy to get, but the effect it gives is hardly useable for early game builds in which you only have a few bombs available.
You should only invest on this skill if you are running a build that heavily relies on you throwing bombs especially in specific places. This skill does not have much use to any other build other than bomb-focused builds.
