How to Get

Kill Nightshade or Shardshower Monitors

Pointed Scales are easily farmed by killing and finishing off Nightshade or Shardshower Monitors. Nightshade Monitors can be found in Akikure Canyon, particularly in the caves at the northern section of the region.

Shardshower Monitors, on the other hand, can be found at the Fuyufusagi Fort region. A lot of them spawn at the western side of the region map. Head north, starting from the Cavern Camp, and move your way up to the Permafrost Lake to find these blue lizards in abundance.

How to Use

Used in Weapon and Armor Crafting

Pointed Scale can be used to craft and upgrade specific weapons. Weapon crafting and upgrade unlocks once you reach Chapter 2.
