Wild Hearts features crossplay across its available platforms: PC, Xbox, and Playstation. Read on to learn more about the upcoming crossplay mechanic and how the system ties to the game's multiplayer!

According to their FAQ Page, Wild Hearts has crossplay coop for all platforms available. Players and their friends can hunt down Kenemo on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Origin, Steam, and Epic Games Store).
Wild Hearts will not be released on older consoles (PS4, Xbox One). As the director's vision for the game's world is to be more compelling, they want to maximize the performance of the current-gen console.
Wild Hearts will feature a bunch of multiplayer options for you and your friends. Multiplayer With Friends allows the players to stay together through any content until the host decides to quit or end the session.
Targeted Multiplayer Quests allow players to join other players that are already on that quest in open multiplayer.
Hunters Gate Multiplayer System Interacting with the Hunters Gate will show the players five currently active quests that players are on.
