Wild Hearts - How to Do a Finisher

Deliver a Finisher to slay a Kemono and complete your hunt in Wild Hearts. Read on to learn how to do a finisher at the end of a hunt and view all the available finisher animations for each weapon in the game!

Slay a Kemono and Deal a Final Blow to Complete the Hunt

Wild Hearts - How to Deliver a Final Blow

PC Hold E
Controller
Hold XBOX - Left Trigger on Xbox
Hold PS4 - L2 Button on Playstation

To perfrorm a finisher, you will first need to deplete a Kemono's HP until it faints. Once the Kemono is incapacitated, approach its body and hold down the Final Blow button to deliver a finisher.

All Weapon Finishers

Karakuri Katana
Performs a charged Iai slash.
Nodachi
Performs a mighty downward slash.
Bow
Shoots a resonant arrow shot.
Maul
Delivers a spinning hammer smash.
Bladed Wagasa
Unleashes a devastating upward slash.

Do Finishers Change Depending on Kemono?

No, Each Weapon Only has One Finisher Animation

Wild Hearts - Only One Finisher Per Weapon

Finishers will not change depending on the Kemono you are hunting. Instead, each weapon will have a single, unique finisher move that plays out when you deliver the Final Blow.
