Wild Hearts is set in the expansive continent of Azuma. Read on to know if Wild Hearts is an open world game, as well as its main areas.

Wild Hearts is an open world action roleplaying game, where players traverse the continent of Azuma. Located in the open world are the monstrous Kemono, Karakuri threads, Dragon Pits, and many more.
The continent of Azuma is divided into four main regions that players can explore. These regions are Harugasumi Way, Natsukodachi Isle, Akikure Canyon, and Fuyufusagi Fort. Each zone has its own habitat and environment as well as its own unique Kemono to hunt.
Minato is a city located in Azuma, where the player accepts many of the game's quests. These quests usually involve slaying a giant Kemono.
Dragon Pits and Hunter's Tents will not disappear unless removed by the players themselves. When joining a different player's session, the open world will be the host's, including placements of camps, dragon pits, and more.
