Claw Blade Weapon Guide and How to Use
The Claw Blade is a light melee weapon that excels at landing multiple hits up close and smoothly dodging attacks due to its high aerial mobility. The weapon's Attack 1 moves offer rapid attacks, while its Attack 2 moves let Hunters adjust their positioning.
Landing hits with the Claw Blade builds up its Claw Gauge. The weapon's Special Attack drains this gauge over time to let Hunters grapple onto Kemono and perform numerous aerial attacks.
While attached to a Kemono, Hunters can repeatedly land hits to boost the damage of aerial attacks, rotate around the air to dodge attacks, and use the Special Attack command to dive toward the Kemono and deal massive damage.
Karakuri Katana | The Karakuri Katana is a balanced melee weapon, capable of landing lightning-fast strikes and devastating chain combos. Filling its weapon gauge allows players to enter an Unbound state that further boosts the Katana's damage. |

After accumulating enough power for the Karakuri Katana's Weapon Gauge, you can enter an Unleashed State that boosts the damage output of each of your attacks. While in this state, launch yourself off three vertically-stacked crates to land one of the most powerful attacks in the game!
Bladed Wagasa | The Bladed Wagasa is a close-range melee weapon. It offers quick combos and heavy strikes that lead into airborne moves, and is also the only weapon in the game that can parry Kemono attacks. Stay active and build up its Renmai gauge to enhance your damage! |
