Found inside the Fetid Wine Cellar

Spider Excretion

Enter the Fetid Wine Cellar to find yourself turned into a spider. Use a Moly Root to turn back into a human and continue through the door. From here, glowing green spiders will drop Spider Excretions. Collect 8 of these in the area.

Spider Excretion

Once you collect the Spider Excretions in the Fetid Wine Cellar, go to the Glowing Cauldron located in the southern area of the Cellar. You can then add 8 of these to get an item from the Cauldron.
