Available Feats for Dismantling Tactics

Feat Details
Critical Hit Chance Critical Hit Chance You have 40% increased Critical Hit Chance against your Mark
Mark Resistence Mark Resistence Your Mark has -8% Resistances
Lifesteal Lifesteal You have 40% increased Lifesteal against your Mark

You can equip feats to further modify your Passive Skills. Skills will have different levels at which they will unlock available feats.

Invest Points in Rogue Mastery

Rogue Mastery Skill Tree

Dismantling Tactics is a Tier III skill skill unlocked by choosing the Rogue Mastery during the Prologue. You would need to invest 18 Divinity Points to unlock the third tier of skills in the Rogue Mastery skill tree.
