・Whenever you use an active non-channel skill, there is a 10% chance to hit a random enemy within 12m with a Lightning Strike
Multiplier Per Level
・+5% Chance

Available Feats for Lightning Evoker

Feat Details
Damage Damage 40% increased Lightning Strike Damage
Shock Shock +20% Ailment Chance with Lightning Strikes
Rage Rage Whenever Rage overflows, you have a 15% chance to hit a random enemy in a 12m radius with Lightning Strike

You can equip feats to further modify your Passive Skills. Skills will have different levels at which they will unlock available feats.

Invest Points in Storm Mastery

Storm Mastery Skill Tree

Lightning Evoker is a Tier III skill skill unlocked by choosing the Storm Mastery during the Prologue. You would need to invest 18 Divinity Points to unlock the third tier of skills in the Storm Mastery skill tree.
