You can equip feats to further modify your Passive Skills. Skills will have different levels at which they will unlock available feats.

Invest Points in Rogue Mastery

Rogue Mastery Skill Tree

Nimble Defense is a Tier II skill unlocked by choosing the Rogue Mastery during the Prologue. You would need to invest 6 Divinity Points to unlock the second tier of skills in the Rogue Mastery skill tree.
