・Creates a Cyclone that deals 4 Cold Damage at target location in a 7.0m radius for 10s. Consumes 8 Energy per second while active.
・Deals 5% more Damage per Amplify.
・Cyclone gains Amplify whenever you use a Fire, Cold or Lightning skill (max 10 stacks).
・When Cyclone ends or is recast it loses all Amplify stacks.

Chance is 2% + 0.5% per Chill stack on target (up to 15%).
Multipliers:
・+10% more Damage.
・+20% added Base Ailment Chance.
・+2% Chance.

Base Effect:
An additional smaller Cyclone with 3.5m radius persists around you.
+2 Energy Degeneration

Base Effect:
Gains 1 Amplify every 2s while a cyclone is present.
While inside a cyclone gain 2% increased Physical, Cold and Lightning Damage per Amplify.

Base Effect:
Every 2 seconds enemies inside the Thunderstorm have a 8% chance to be hit by a Lightning Strike.
+10% increased frequency per Amplify.
Multipliers:
・+8% Lightning Strike chance
Localized Storm Localized Storm
Max Rank: 3 (1 Capacity per Rank)
Base Effect:
Instead you can create up to 3 smaller storms with a 3.5m radius.
20% more Damage.
4s Duration.
+30 Energy Cost. No Energy Degeneration.
Placing a new localized storm instead only clears 30% Amplify stacks.
Multipliers:
・+20% more Damage.
・+20 Energy Cost.

Base Effect:
When a cyclone naturally ends it deals 27 Cold Damage inside its radius. This deals 8% more Damage per Amplify.
Multipliers:
・+7 Cold Damage
・+4% more Damage per Amplify.

Storm Mastery Skill Tree

Cyclone is a Tier III skill skill unlocked by choosing the Storm Mastery during the Prologue. You would need to invest 18 Divinity Points to unlock the third tier of skills in the Storm Mastery skill tree.
