How to Get Storm Nimbus
Invest Points in Storm Mastery
Storm Nimbus is a Tier II skill unlocked by choosing the Storm Mastery during the Prologue. You would need to invest 6 Divinity Points to unlock the second tier of skills in the Storm Mastery skill tree.
