Luigi spins around multiple times before kicking the ball, creating a giant green tornado. Any opponents near the tornado will be sucked in and become unable to move for a short time.

Luigi is a well-rounded team player who excels at setting up shots with his high Passing attribute.

Additionally, having a high base Technique stat, Luigi's shot accuracy and ball dribbling are better than most and his Strike Meter is much easier to manage as well, which could increase chances of a successful Hyper Strike.
