Wario's high base Strength can further be brought to the max by equipping some Muscle and Bushido Gear. Tackling will come easy while also giving him a slight boost to Shooting.

This build balances most of Wario's stats while improving his Shooting and Speed stats to make him a better primary shooter. However, due to his low Technique, he will need added support in the team when comes to executing Hyper Strikes.
