Stats and Attributes Explanation Guide

Character stats play an important role in determining the power, speed, and more in Mario Strikers: Battle League. Read on to learn all about stats, what each one does, which character has good attributes, and how to increase Stats!

Strength Attribute

The Strength attribute determines the power behind a character's tackle and their resistance to being tackled.

Characters with High Base Strength

Bowser

Wario

Donkey Kong

Bowser, Wario, and Donkey Kong are characters with high base Strength and giving them Gear that boosts their Strength further will make them a force to be reckoned with!

Speed Attribute

The Speed attribute determines a character's running speed. The higher it is, the more agile your characters are!

Waluigi

Peach, Toad, and Waluigi are characters with high base Speed stat. Equipping them with Speed-type Gear will make them even faster!

Shooting Attribute

The Shooting attribute determines the power of a shot and its speed. Having a high Shooting attribute makes for harder to block fast shots.

Passing Attribute

The Passing attribute determines the speed of a pass, as well as the range of a free pass. Increase this stat to pass the ball to your teammates in a blink of an eye!

Yoshi and Donkey Kong are characters with a high base Passing stat, making them reliable teammates when it comes to getting the ball from one point to the next.

Technique Attribute

The Technique attribute determines a character's shot accuracy and curve, and it affects how well the character dribbles the ball. It also affects the meter of the Hyper Strike and the timing of perfect moves, making both easier to execute if the attribute is high.

It is recommended to increase this stat to heighten your chances of a guaranteed goal for Hyper Strikes!
