You can find the shrine on Salari Hill located south of and overlooking Serenne Stable.

Monya Toma Shrine Walkthrough

	Shrine Solution
1	Walk past the orb and shoot the switch on the upper left platform twice. The platform's launcher should be facing to the left of the room like the picture above.
2	Grab the orb, head up the right ramp, and place it on the launcher.
3	Climb on the launcher to get to the second platform. Then climb on the second launcher and paraglide to the top platform where the orb landed.
4	Grab the orb and drop onto the third platform, but not on the launcher yet. Shoot the wall of crates on the opposite side of the room with a Fire Arrow to clear the way. Hit the switch so that the launcher is now facing the cleared path to the receptacle.
5	Drop the orb into the launcher to open the small gate. Head into the altar area and inspect the shrine to receive a Spirit Orb.

1	Once you reach the upper platform, open the chest to receive a Thunderblade.
