Look for Scintillada at Fireworks Peak

To start this part of the questline, head up to Fireworks Peak, the highest point of Songbreeze Highland. You'll find Opera and Marques Jr. standing at the peak; approach them to begin a string of dialogue.

Give Marques Jr. the Sketches

Scintilla will leave behind Marques Jr.'s childhood sketches. Pick these up and give them to Marques Jr. to continue the dialogue.

Comfort Opera After the Discussion

Marques Jr. will eventually take his leave, and Opera will become distraught over the situation. Comfort her before moving on to the next part of the quest.

Tell Manague the Truth

Once you've spoken with Opera, head back down to find Manague at the Sizzle & Spark Center. Speak with him to explain the situation and the truth about recent events.

Give Vita the Ice Sparkle

Aftewards, head south of Manague to find Vita, and give her the Ice Sparkle to complete this leg of the quest chain.
