Fireworks Training Step 1 is located at Firework Isles, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Head to Sparkheart Island Warp Spire and talk to Scintillada to start the quest.

Fireworks Training Step 1 exclusive quest will requires players to finish the Repair the Hot Air Balloon quest, of the same quest chain.

Fireworks Training: Step 1 Walkthrough

Go to the Fireworks Workshop

Head to the Fireworks Workshop located a few steps south of the Sizzle & Spark Center Warp Spire to meet up with Scintillada and discuss the next plan.

Collect 3 Portions of Blastpollen

Scintillada will ask you to collect 3 portions of Blastpollen, a crafting material that can only be collected in Firework Isles at Night. This means you may need to adjust the time with the Run, Pear-Pal function accordingly.

You can refer to the images in the table above for some Blastpollen locations. However, you can also use the Collections tracker in the map if you've already obtained Blastpollen at least once prior!

How to Track Materials

Give the Blastpollen to Scintillada

Once you have the required number of Blastpollen, return to the Fireworks Workshop and hand over the materials to Scintillada so they can try making the fireworks.

Craft the Fireworks Outfit

After the conversation, you can now unlock the Fiery Glow sketch in the Heart of Infinity. This is an Ability Outfit that will allow you to launch fireworks into the sky!

To craft the Fireworks Outfit, you'll need 2 Hare Powder, 2 Blastpollen, 5 Daisies, and 300 Threads of Purity.

Create the Victorious Firework

After crafting the Fireworks Outfit, you'll have a brief conversation with Marques Jr. and he'll reveal that he's collected some materials needed for making fireworks.

Head over to the nearby Fireworks Crafting Station to create the Victorious Firework with the sketch you received! You'll need 2 Sizzpollen and 3 Blastpollen to craft the firework.

Load the Tube and Launch the Firework

Go up to the fireworks tube in the launch area and load it up with the Victorious Firework you just made. To launch the firework, you'll need to have the Fireworks Outfit equipped and use your outfit ability on the tube!

Report the Successful Test

Return to the Fireworks Workshop to report on the successful launching of the firework. At the area, you'll see Vita instead of Scintillada.

Receive Sketch II From Vita

Vita will tell you that Scintillada went to Songbreeze Highland to look for the Fireworks Diviner. Along with that, they've also left behind the Sketch II clue, which you'll receive once the conversation ends and the quest is wrapped up!

Fiery Glow Outfit Sketch

You will unlock the Fiery Glow outfit sketch needed to complete the quest. This allows you to use Launch Tubes to fire Fireworks into the air.

Fiery Glow: Wonder Outfit and Evolutions

Victorious Firework Sketch

You will also unlock the Victorious Firework sketch needed to complete the quest. Placing this in a Launch Tube will fire a Firework up in the air.

This is the second of Scintillada's sketches that you will receive during this quest chain.
