Upgrade Eurekas With Bling and Shining Particles

Shining Particles are used to upgrade Eurekas, along with some Bling. Upgrading Eurekas will increase their attribute boost which can help in Styling Challenges.

You can upgrade Eurekas in the Pear-Pal menu, under the Eureka tab. This will be unlocked after completing the Main Story Quest Power Outage Issue.
