Quick-Flight Commission: Missing Da-Friend Quest Location
Go to Wishing Woods
Quick-Flight Commission: Missing Da-Friend is located at Wishing Woods, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Head to the Grand Tree Residence Warp Spire, and head up to a third tier ledge to the left of the Warp Spire.
You should see Vivienbo lying down and Charlobo floating above her.

Quick-Flight Commission: Missing Da-Friend requires players to finish Chapter 8's last subquest, Wishful Aurosa to gain access.
Quick-Flight Commission: Missing Da-Friend Walkthrough
Talk to Vivienbo and Charlobo
Head up to the highest ledge and talk to Vivienbo and Charlobo. They tell you about Vivienbo's sickness and asks you to help find a Faewish Sprite named Poteada in Vivienbo's stead.
Talk to Soboda and Milabo
Head down to Vivienbo and Charlobo's lead and talk to Soboda and Milabo. They tell you that they saw Poteada by the river, near a Pounceria near the Wish Celebration Center.
Find and Talk to Poteada
Poteada is by the river, looking at the Pounceria. He tells you that he needs to get a love letter he dropped near the Pounceria before heading home.
Retrieve Poteada's Love Letter
Equip your Shrinking Outfit and head to the tree log, making sure to dash before the Pounceria can hurt you. Grab the love letter inside the tree log and head back out to give it to Poteada.
Talk to Poteada and Donibo
Head back to the Grand Tree Residence Area, and talk to Poteada and Donibo, who get into a little lover's quarrel.
Talk to Vivienbo
After the cutscene between Poteada and Donibo, talk to Vivienbo and inform here what happened to complete the quest.
