Bullets deal Electric damage. Each bullet has a chance to stun a Normal or Special Enemy, causing them to generate an electric damage field.

Unlocked by Default

Arsenal Machine

The Dead Wire ammo mod is unlocked by default. You'll be able to add it to your current weapon by spending 500 Salvage at an Arsenal Machine. Look for a shield and gun icon on your map to find one of these machines.
