Unlocked by Default

How to Unlock Dark Flare

The Dark Flare field upgrade is unlocked by default. You'll be able to equip it by navigating to Zombies > Weapons > Loadout and editing your loadout's field upgrade.

Dark Flare Field Upgrade Info
Dark Flare
Effects Generate an energy beam that deals lethal Shadow damage and penetrates enemies in its path.
Required Level Unlocked by default.

All Dark Flare Augments

Augment Type Effect
Muzzle Blast AugmentMuzzle Blast Major Augment The beam now deals additional damange in a cone in front of you.
Dark Pact AugmentDark Pact Major Augment The beam heals and revives other players on contact.
Extension AugmentExtension Major Augment Significantly increase Dark Flare duration.
Supernova AugmentSupernova Major Augment The beam is replaced with a sphere that damages nearby enemies as it travels and detonates at the end of its duration.
Extra Slot AugmentExtra Slot Minor Augment Equip a second minor augment.
Dusk Flame AugmentDusk Flame Minor Augment Special and Elite Enemies that are hit by the beam are dealt additional Shadow damage over time.
Extra Charge AugmentExtra Charge Minor Augment Increase Max Charges by 1.
Broad Beam AugmentBroad Beam Minor Augment Significantly increase the size of the beam.
Heavy Gloom AugmentHeavy Gloom Minor Augment The beam slows enemies on contact.
