To make this Potion, a Recipe item is needed. Recipes can generally be obtained from shopkeepers. After obtaining the Recipe and the required ingredients, Geralt can brew Potions himself from the Alchemy tab in the menu.
As no Enhanced or Superior Recipes are available for this Potion, it cannot be Upgraded. Only this version of the item is available in the game.
