How to Get

Pet Noblegrass Hounds in Akikure Canyon

To get Wild Dog Pampas, players will need to head over to Akikure Canyon and start petting the Noblegrass Hounds found in the region. On a successful pet attempt, the hounds will drop Wild Dog Pampas for you to pick up.

Note: Noblegrass Hounds roam in packs of 3. Alert one and you alert them all, preventing you from getting any more petting attempts. To avoid drawing aggro, always approach the pack from behind.

How to Pet Kemono

Use the Detailed Map to Find Small Kemono Locations

Since the amount of Small Kemonos that spawn vary by map instance, players will need to use their own Detailed Map View to track the locations of ones they want to hunt.

To track Small Kemono, open up the Detailed Map and switch to the Small Kemono Filter at the bottom left of the map screen. Hover over any of the circular icons on the map to see the Kemono's name.

How to Use

Used in Weapon and Armor Crafting

Wild Dog Pampas can be used to craft and upgrade specific weapons. Weapon crafting and upgrade unlocks once you reach Chapter 2.
