You can equip Modifiers to further modify your Active Skills. Each Skill will have a unique set of Modifiers. Modifiers can be ranked up by consuming their capacity in your Masteries menu.
How to Get Ignite
Invest Points in Earth Mastery
Ignite is a Tier III skill skill unlocked by choosing the Earth Mastery during the Prologue. You would need to invest 18 Divinity Points to unlock the third tier of skills in the Earth Mastery skill tree.
