The Bell Rings at Midnight Quest Location
Go to Serenity Island
The Bell Rings at Midnight is located at Serenity Island, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom.
The quest will start immediately following the previous quest; simply follow Mysterious Puppy Piecey to the island ahead.

Follow the Mysterious Puppy Piecey
After resting in a cabin, Puppy Piecey will eventually wake you up. Follow Puppy Piecey and speak with the two other Pieceys ahead.
Talk to Bootsie During the Day
Following the conversation, find Bootsie and talk to him during the day. You can still find Bootsie at night and interact with him to wait until day.
Go to the Water Quality Lab
Once done chatting with Bootsie, head west to the water quality lab and speak with a group of Pieceys near the Thuddy Squash Settlement Warp Spire.
Craft the Springbloom Awakening Outfit
While speaking with the Pieceys, you will acquire the sketch for the Springbloom Awakening outfit. Go ahead and craft it to conclude this quest.
