Rainbow-Touched Land Quest Location
Go to Serenity Island
Rainbow-Touched Land is located at Serenity Island, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. After the Where Will the Bubbles Go? prologue quest's final cutscene, you will be taken directly to the location.
Simply speak with the group of Pieceys near the Soakville Entrance Warp Spire to start the quest.

Rainbow-Touched Land Walkthrough
Ask Piecey in Front About the Situation
Once you are able to move, approach the group of Pieceys near the Soakville Entrance Warp Spire and speak with them to find about the situation.
Visit the Village Head of Soakville
After talking with the Pieceys, continue on the path ahead of Soakville to find the village's head, Terra. Go ahead and speak to her.
Follow Bootsie and Explore Soakville
Once you've finished speaking with Terra, follow Bootsie as he shows you around Soakville.
Rest Inside
After a while, you will find yourself outside a cabin along the shore. Once you're done talking with Bootsie, you can interact with the cabin to rest and complete this quest.
