    Saying "it resets at 4:00" means NOTHING if you don't add the TIMEZONE. Please, add the timezone to the guide!

    it resets at 4 am only if you go by MST. for me, it resets at 6 am EST.

    it's a 24 hour clock... 04:00 is 4am. (4pm will be 16:00)
