Talk to Keira Metz
Note: If you’ve already completed Keira’s questline and chose to send her to Kaer Morhen at the end of For the Advancement of Learning, this quest will be automatically completed.
Otherwise, you can start Keira’s questline by talking to Keira Metz inside her hut in Velen, east of the Forest Hut signpost.

Complete Keira's Questline To recruit Keira, you must complete her entire questline, which includes An Invitation from Keira Metz, A Towerful of Mice, A Favor for a Friend, and For the Advancement of Learning. You can complete the first three quests without worrying about any important decisions yet. |

 Send Keira to Kaer Morhen Once you reach Keira’s final quest, For the Advancement of Learning, you will be given a decision that determines whether she joins you in The Battle of Kaer Morhen. During the confrontation, choose [What’s with the notes?], then either of the next choices, and finally [Go to Kaer Morhen]. This will send her to Kaer Morhen and reward you with 100 XP. Letting Keira go elsewhere will result in her death, preventing her from joining the Battle of Kaer Morhen and fail this quest. |
