You can unlock this quest by picking up the notice Contract: Muire D'yaeblen on the notice board at Kaer Trolde Harbor or by directly talking to Bjorg at Kaer Trolde Harbor.
You cannot miss or fail this quest.

| 1 | Talk to Bjorg at Kaer Trolde Harbor about the contract. |
| 2 | Talk to the witnesses and head to either quest location. |
| 3 | Examine the clues of either quest location and follow the trail into a cave. |
| 4 | Kill the drowners and examine the clues inside the cave. |
| 5 | Craft and consume a Drowner Pheromones Potion and hide to lure out the Muire D'yaeblen. |
| 6 | Kill the Drowners and the Water Hag |
| 7 | Go back and report to Bjorg about the contract. |
It is possible to go and kill the monster before starting the contract.
You can also ask for more coin from Bjorg after fulfilling the contract.
