    it's good for if you don't have anything else, or when you need to heal but it isn't urgent like when travelling

    hello for sun and stars does it only work when you play or can you do meditation times and become full health again on hardest

    Food really becomes useless after awhile. Not even that far into the game, and theres a ton of other ways to heal that's way quicker and more reliable.

    above 90% i think, you start to lose health. under that, there's not anything gameplay wise, but it makes geralt look sick
