After players finish the Amends main mission, you will get a call from Chief Clarke to start the first The Flame mission. When you do, head over to the area with firetrucks and firefighters in the Financial District indicated on your map.

1. Mark Trapped People for the Firefighters

When you enter the area, a cutscene will play with the firefighters asking you to help out. Once the cutscene ends, you will be controlling Peter's Spider-Drone to mark the trapped people in the building. Utilize the scanner by pressing R3 or your right thumbstick to highlight any people trapped inside.

Mark the First Civilian

As you start, you will need to get through the vent by pressing L1 + R1 then spam the Square button. Once the vent is open, go straight ahead and mark the first civilian by pressing the Triangle button.

Rescue the Second Civilian

After you mark the civilian, go past him and turn left into the hole in the wall. Keep going straight until a door falls onto your path, and then press R1 to Pulse Blast it out of the way. Continue your path and blast the other square blockades in the way.

When you remove the other blockade, you will find the second civilian trapped ahead. Remove the shelf off of him by pressing L1 + R1 and mashing the Square button, then mark him.

Save the Third Civilian

Once you save the second civilian, go underneath the wheelchair next to him to continue. Clear out the blockades in the path using your blast to keep moving forward. After you open the exit doors to the next room, you will find the third civilian trapped under a blockade. Save him by blasting it away and marking him.

Free the Fourth Civilian

After you finish marking the third civilian, use your Jump Jets by holding down R2 to get on top of the rubble behind the person. Then, pull on the blockade and blast the crumbling floor above to get to the next floor.

When you get on the upper floor, you will find the fourth civilian being buried in sand. Free him by puliling on the door hatch to the left where the sand is coming from, then pull the person out of the sand to mark him.

2. Clear a Path and Mark People

Once you save the fourth person, you will need to go ahead and jump around the corner on the left. Then, blast the blockade to enter the next room. In that room, turn left again and pull on the double doors to get inside the server room.

3. Maneuver Around the Electricity

In the server room, turn right and go up ahead. Although, you will need to watch out for the electricity on the ground, so jump on top of the server racks to get through the vent that connects to another room.

4. Follow the Voices

After you enter the patient room, you need to get to the top left vent on the other end. Keep moving and jumping forward, then pull the vent door to get inside. Follow the vent pathway until you drop down and a cutscene plays.

5. Fight the Intruders

When the cutscene finishes, you will need to fight the intruders surrounding you. The intruders are normal mobs, but they are plentiful, so use any AOE attacks you have to defeat them fast. Once you beat all of them, a cutscene will play, and you will complete the mission.
