Set Off on an Adventure Riding the Bubbles! is located at Serenity Island, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Misty Peak Warp Spire and head northeast. You'll need to jump up the cliffs to reach the platform where Annie is.

Upon reaching Annie's stall, talk to her to hear about the amazing Bubblebloom she discovered. Utilizing its capabilities, Annie designed the Breezy Bubbleboat game, which allows people to ride on bubbles and witness the scenery from high up in the sky!

After the conversation, the quest is quickly concluded and you'll be shown tutorial instructions on how the Breezy Bubbleboat works.
