To get Calm Thoughts, you need to defeat Wish Master: Chigda in its Realm of Breakthrough challenge. This challenge requires 60 Vital Energy and can only be done once a week, so you need to complete the challenge every week to farm for more Calm Thoughts.

You can unlock the Realm of Breakthrough once you complete the Chapter 7 main quest Showdown with Chigda!
