Calm Thoughts in Realm of Breakthrough

To get Calm Thoughts, you need to defeat Wish Master: Chigda in its Realm of Breakthrough challenge. This challenge requires 60 Vital Energy and can only be done once a week, so you need to complete the challenge every week to farm for more Calm Thoughts.

You can unlock the Realm of Breakthrough once you complete the Chapter 7 main quest Showdown with Chigda!

Clothing Evolution

Calm Thoughts are required to evolve four-star outfit sets in Infinity Nikki, along with duplicates of outfit pieces and some Bling and Threads of Purity.

Using Calm Thoughts for evolution won't affect clothing score or stats, but it does unlock allternate colors for the outfit!
