Need 99 Pearl Wings... is located at Breezy Meadow, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Bug Catcher's Cabin Warp Spire and walk northwest to find a woman named Molly standing by a lamppost. Talk to her and initiate the quest.

Give the Two Blossom Beetles to Molly

After speaking to Molly, you can immediately hand over 2 Blossom Beetles to her if you already have it in your inventory. She thanks you for your service and returns home to prepare for her meeting with a professor later in the evening.

Capture Two Blossom Beetles

If you do not yet have 2 Blossom Beetles before getting this objective, you may track the general location of this bug by pulling up the Map interface, selecting the Collections icon at the lower left side of the screen, and selecting Track after choosing the Blossom Beetle from the menu.

Go to the Cicia Art Academy Field Base to Find Out About the Situation

With suspicion growing about the so-called professor Molly is scheduled to meet, teleport to the Cicia Art Academy Field Base Warp Spire and speak with Pepsa.

The administrator confirms Nikki and Momo's suspicions that Molly may be the target of a notorious scammer. Together, they involve Captain Hiya to put an end to their reign of terror!

Go to the Bug Catcher's Cabin and Find Molly at Night (23:00-2:00)

Change your in-game time between 23:00 to 2:00 and head toward the Bug Catcher's Cabin, or simply interact with the golden beacon present within the vicinity to skip time. Crash the meeting between Molly and the fraudulent Professor, and watch as Captain Hiya finally catches the perpetrator.

The quest concludes after Pepsa hands over a real letter of recommendation to Molly, which will greatly help her in getting into the prestigious Cicia Art Academy!
