Purify the Buds at the Old Ruins Quest Location
Go to Serenity Island
Purify the Buds at the Old Ruins is located at Serenity Island, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom.
Start the quest by heading to the Old Ruins and entering the Relics Cavern.

Search for Buds at the Old Ruins
The bud in Old Ruins is located on the highest plateau within the area, and to get there, you must pass through the Relics Cavern.
How to Search for Buds at the Old Ruins

| 1 |  As soon as you enter go pass the Esselings and you will see a Springbloom plant. Go ahead, activate it to go up. |
| 2 | Once on top, head left to find some Esselings and a chest, then cross the bridge until you see a Whim Bubble. |
| 3 |  Jump down from the Whim Bubble and you'll see an opening. When you enter it, you'll find a chest and a group of Esselings |
| 4 |  After purifying the Esselings and collecting the chests, activate the Springbloom plant nearby and proceed to the exit. |
| 5 | Once outside, purify the Esseling holding the Springbloom plant then activate it. |
Purify the Sorrounding Esselings
Once on top, purify the Esselings around the bud and talk with Fearless Freddie.
How to Defeat the Gloomy Rockie
One of the Esselings is known as Gloomy Rockie, and it is surrounded by colorful stone. To defeat, simply continue to attack it until all of the stones fall off and it becomes immobile. Once it is immobile, hit it to purify.
