Desert Patient Objectives

Once you finish Dantro's quest, he'll send you to the Nebra South Bank village to talk to his wife. He'll also be asking you to take the flowering cactoid's flower, as she needs it to complete medicing for an injured adventurer in the desert. Here is where the quest of the 'Desert Patient' begins. Dantro's Wife - The First Meeting

Dantro's wife will greet and thank you for bringing her the flower from the previous quest. However, she will immediately ask you to complete another quest for her. She will be asking you to help her to look for items to help the injured traveler in their camp, which will kick off the quest for the Desert Patient.

The Search for the Semclam Shells

The search for the Semclam Shells is fairly simple. Look at the banks of the Nebra River for 'mysterious glints.' These are the Semclam Shells, ingredients that Dantro's wife needs to cure the injured adventurer.

The Search for the Nebralim

Go back to Dantro's camp when you're searching for this item. His wife will point you towards there, anyway; when you get there, Dantro will be giving you one phial of the Nebralim. It's sitting in plain sight, right on top of some crates.

The Search for the Valeblossom Dew

The Valeblossom Dew is a tricky item to gather; you have to complete the events at the Tomb of Raithwall first. However, once you're done with that, the way is cleared for you to collect these ingredients. You'll know these trees for their pink blossom-like leaves. Additional Ingredient - The Great Serpentskin

Dantro's wife will thank you once you hand over these items, but another item - the Great Serpentskin - will bump up your rewards from good to great. However, it is only an optional item, and your completing the quest isn't affected if you don't have it by the time you complete her requests. Desert Patient: Healed!

Dantro's wife will also tell you that the Desert Patient is already healed and will want to thank you. She will hand you some items for your trouble, as well as another item: the Barheim Passage key, which you will need to face off against an Esper.
