The best jobs in Bravely Default Flying Fairy are the Ninja, Spiritmaster, and Red Mage. The Ninja is a great DPS/attacker in the team, the Spiritmaster is the best healer and can provide Brave Points for the team, and the Red Mage is a flexible role that can support the team.
These jobs can still perform at a high level even during the final chapters of the game.
Jobs that are more flexible or can do their roles better than others will sit at the top of the ranking. Jobs that are also useful at the endgame will also get a higher spot on the list.
Although B rank jobs are on the last section of the list, they can still be useful for early to midgame as you can use them for better exploration and money farming.

Freelancer does the greatest amount of damage late game once you maxed all classes due to its passive (becoming stronger for each maxed out job you have). I remember Freelancer / Thief being the strongest job combo in the endgame. Freelancer is definitely S+ tier and the strongest class in the game (once you maxed levelled every other job).
