This is a guide to Bravely Default Flying Fairy HD Remaster New Game plus feature for the Nintendo Switch 2. Read on to know about New Game Plus, what carries over, how to unlock it, and all the features you can replay in a new save file.

You can unlock the New Game Plus option after completing the True Final Chapter which leads to the True Ending.
To get the True Final Chapter, you must awaken all the crystals throughout Chapters 5 - 8 and not destroy them. This means that you have to follow Airy's instruction during a crystal's awakening. After finishing Chapter 8, the True Final Chapter will be unlocked.

Genome Abilites | Option to carry over the Genome Abilities you have that you use for the Vampire job. |
Norende Village Population | Option to carry over the Norende Village Population data that you have. |
Norende Village Status | Option to carry over your progress in the Norende Village minigame. |
D's Journal | Option to carry over all the information recorded in D's Journal from your previous playthough. |
Special Moves | Option to carry over all the special moves you've unlocked. |
Play Time | Option to carry over your play time. |
Friends | Option to carry over your friends list. |
Guests | Option to carry over your guests list. |
Replayable Features |

Complete achievements by finishing various tasks like completing the story, maxing out job levels, completing your equipment and many more.
You can also have an option to not carry over level and job level from your previous playthrough and start fresh again. If you want to put yourself into the grind again, you can start from level 1 and just grind your party from scratch.
You can have the option to carry over your Norende Village status to New Game Plus or start from scratch. Either way, rebuild your village to get more equipment options from the Adventurer shop.
Norende Village Rebuilding Rewards and Max Level
You can test your skills by exploring the optional dungeon Dimension's Hasp where you can get some of the best equipment in the game.
Dimension's Hasp Map and Chest Locations
You can challenge Adventurer and Comrade in a new save. They are an optional superboss that is much more difficult than the final boss of the game.
You can only challenge it in the True Final Chapter in Dimension's Hasp.
True Final Chapter Walkthrough
You can experience all the sub-scenarios again in a New Game Plus save file, allowing you to rechallenge Asterisk holders with your full might if you decided to carry over your progress from your previous playthrough.
You can also enjoy fighting the Nemesis bosses by collecting Nightmare Pillow after defeating the Asterisk bosses in Chapters 5-8. Use the Nightmare Pillow in an inn in order to fight one of the many Nemesis bosses in the game.
You unlock stat boosting items after defeating a Nemesis so aim to defeat them if you want to strengthen your characters further.
You can also replay Ringabel's Panic Cruise and Luxencheer Rhythm Catch if you like and try to aim for a high score. This is not essential for story progression but it rewards you tokens that you can use to buy strong weapons and items.
